Straightforward answers to your questions

If you can’t find the information you need, please get in touch with us via the contact form above.

At iHeart, we begin with a personal conversation to understand your unique needs, preferences, and goals.

We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, we work closely with you (and your family, if needed) to create a personalised plan that aligns with your lifestyle.

We’ll regularly review and adjust your plan as needed to ensure that your care continues to suit your evolving needs. Our small client base allows us to dedicate more time and attention to every individual, ensuring you receive exactly the support you require.

Yes, you can! We believe that building trust and rapport with your support worker is essential. After understanding your needs and preferences, we match you with a support worker we believe will be the best fit.

You’ll always have the opportunity to meet your support worker beforehand, and if for any reason you feel the fit isn’t right, we’ll happily make adjustments until you’re comfortable.

Your care and comfort are our top priority, and we want you to feel supported by someone who understands you and your lifestyle.

We provide first-class transportation for all of our clients, whether it’s for a quick trip to the shops or a longer journey for a weekend away.

Our vehicles are comfortable, safe, and fully accessible to ensure that every journey is smooth and enjoyable. All our drivers are certified and experienced in both aged care and disability support, so you can travel with complete confidence.

We can cater to a range of mobility needs and ensure that your transportation is as seamless as possible, allowing you to enjoy your day with no added stress.

We take the training and certification of our staff very seriously. All our team members are fully certified in aged care and disability support, and we require them to have up-to-date qualifications in First Aid and CPR.

We regularly invest in additional training to keep them updated on the latest care practices. Our staff also undergo a thorough vetting process before joining iHeart, ensuring that they meet our high standards of care and professionalism.

We’re committed to providing you with a team that is knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated to delivering the best possible care.

Person-centred care at iHeart means that you are at the heart of everything we do. We focus on your individual needs, preferences, and goals, and we work collaboratively with you to ensure that your care plan reflects your lifestyle.

This approach goes beyond just providing support—it’s about empowering you to live the life you want, with dignity, independence, and joy.

By taking the time to understand what matters most to you, we’re able to provide care that truly enhances your life, helping you to feel confident and supported at every stage.
